Architecture Words 5: Form, Function, Beauty = Gestalt

The fifth release in the Architectural Association’s ‘Architecture Words’ series of texts and essays written by architects, critics and scholars, ‘Form, Function, Beauty = Gestalt’ is a translation of an earlier German language edition published by Benteli, collecting key texts by Max Bill, most available in English for the first time. The book’s design follows the existing series format, with a gesture to Bill’s preferred all-lowercase typesetting realised in two texts which already existed in English.
