This identity for the Vis Comm class of 2019 was created in response to a brief; to reveal us to the professional design industry. The identity's concept is that of anticipation. The blur treatment draws on digital platforms and social medias aesthetics of waiting, the reveal, and the process of viewing; as well as themes of self-image. Explicit explored the faces of our very own class members, yet insisting on not giving it all away; you had to see us at the show. Explicit 2019 was delivered as a poster collection, website, and social media campaign.

The creative direction and design for this project was undertaken by Emily Loughran and produced alongside Róisín O'Connor, David Pakenham, Tom Gillan, Zöe Mulvaney, Róisín Ryan and Josh Sharry.
