Fair Shop is a quality symbol, an endorsement for employers who recognise the rights of their workers. The campaign aims to acknowledge retailers who take part in collective bargaining, and who allow their employees to be part of a Trade Union. Fair Shop encourages trade union members and their families to support these designated shops. The identity reflects the variety and diversity of work in the retail sector.
