To create a uniform aesthetic between online and offline mediums, Webfactory updated the brand guidelines for digital use. It was vital for the design to be clean and simple, accessible and easy to use. Even digital novices were to be able to access the information they needed with ease.
The site includes several benefits calculators, and a live chat function. Sales forms work intuitively for the user. Key to the success of the website was bringing the sign up to gas process online, which was achieved in creating the “Get connected” journey. Users can now sign up and pay for their gas connection online in a simple step by step process.
