The Irish Human Rights Commission (IHRC) was established in 2001 to promote and protect human rights in Ireland. were asked to design a book that outlined the highlights of their 12 years in existence. The IHRC has always been a small institution with a modest budget, so we aimed to achieve a design that was subtle, restrained, yet sophisticated. Using a limited palette of pink and gold, we opted for clean typography, with the inclusion of a graphic texture. The book was printed on Challenger Offset, with two half flaps, front and back.
