2011 Selection

Founded in 2010, Keep Sketch is a collaborative design and illustration project, inspired by finely crafted stationery, doodling and the spirit of throwing a paper plane across a classroom.

In 2011, Keep Sketch produced a series of notebooks featuring cover designs by Dave Comiskey, Ross Henderson, Fuchsia MacAree and Alex Synge. Each notebook had a black ink risograph-printed 250gsm Cyclus Offset cover, and was perfect-bound with 80 plain pages of 100gsm Munken Lynx Rough paper stock. Each design was produced in an edition of 250.

A simple wooden pencil with black foil-blocked lettering, a silver ferule and a white rubber was also made to accompany the notebooks, alongside a screen-printed tote-bag, designed by Mark Crawford, a badge designed by Philip Kennedy, and a desktop wallpaper designed by Niall Staines.
