Palimpsest (2014)

‘Palimpsest: Intervention and Change in Irish Architecture’ is a redesigned and expanded edition of Niall McCullough’s 1994 publication of the same name. On the twentieth anniversary of its original publication, the content was revised and recontextualised for the modern reader and is three-quarter case-bound in cloth, with title and spine foil-blocked in black and red.

Taking visual cues from the first edition – in terms of colour and typeface choice, together with a revised foreword and an additional chapter – this new edition is itself a ‘palimpsest’ of the original publication.
