Plus Tate Tasting Menu

Plus Tate comprises thirty five cultural institutions including Tate, and is a powerful group enabling new collaboration and change, supporting the development of the visual arts across the UK. As part of the Plus Tate conference in Belfast, hosted by the MAC, Golden Thread Gallery and CCA Derry~Londonderry, artist/curator and chef Phillip McCrilly was commissioned to cater towards a drinks reception, creating a special tasting menu for the evening.

Phillip invited me to design a small printed menu to serve its traditional function, as well as being a keepsake from the event.
