The brief was to design and create a 60 second RTÉ Player promo for the new season launch 2017. Presenting the platform with a wide range of content beyond just a catch-up service, which complements and enhances the linear TV services. The motion design included a mix of bold typographic keywords, clipped footage and fast paced transitions. The modern and youthful tone of the promo was aimed at the binge watching, box set loving audience. To increase appreciation and awareness of RTÉ Player, encouraging reappraisal of any negative attitudes towards RTÉ and it's content and services.
